Because the seal is reliable, the opening and closing stroke is short, the pressure on the valve stem directly presses the sealing surface, and there is almost no friction on the sealing surface when sealing, so the vacuum valve is often used as a stop valve. Generally, there is only one sealing pair, good manufacturing process, and the seat and valve disc are also easy to repair and replace. Due to the limitation of the shape inside the body cavity, the flow resistance of the medium is larger and the pressure loss is serious.
